In Search Of Africa is owned, managed and operated by Arthur and Lynda Allison. We have traveled to all of the destinations in our tours. We know the camps from first hand experience, we know the guides and we know our Africa. Africa is not only our business, it is also one of our greatest loves, on every safari we never cease to be awed by the power, the thrill and the sheer wonder of nature.

Arthur was born and brought up in Zimbabwe. He has always been a bush boy. His knowledge of Southern Africa is based on thirty years of living with nature. He has an extensive knowledge of South Africa, Namibia, Botswana, Zimbabwe, Zambia and Malawi.

Lynda, although born in Europe, has over the last six years traveled the length and breath of Southern Africa. She has an expert eye for all things luxurious, including the finest camps, hotels, transport and transfers and has developed a complete portfolio of these essential services that make up the African Adventure of a lifetime. Our back room administration facility and on the ground representatives will ensure accurate travel information and documentation to ensure as smooth a ride as possible in a Continent not always known for events happening as planned.

Every year we return to Africa. We visit the camps, meet old friends and make new ones. We spend time in the camps and lodges whilst also sourcing new places that meet our stringent criteria. We have a close understanding and working relationship with all the operators, guides and transfer and ground handling facilitators.
